Overall, it was a great and very informative experience. I especially enjoyed Trevor’s presentation on AI and found it very relevant and insightful. A few things I would suggest for future events: the room was quite cold, which became a bit of a distraction, and I think offering a hot breakfast on the first day would have been a nice touch, especially since that was the day with the highest attendance. I would also suggest considering the destination itself when planning future events and what Travel Advisors/Agents can experience while they are there. There wasn’t much to do or explore in Shreveport outside of the event. A destination such as New Orleans, Florida, or another location with more activities, attractions, and tourism opportunities could create a very different overall experience and give advisors an opportunity to experience the destination as travelers as well. Overall, I’m very glad I was able to attend. It’s always good to see and connect with the Xstream Family! Thanks, Laura
